Meet the Founder
Hi! I’m Kate Morales. I’m an organizational psychologist, facilitator, and coach, driven by a deep belief in people’s capacity to grow, lead, and evolve with intention.
I started EverEvolve to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity, curiosity, courage, and compassion. For over twenty years, I have partnered with individuals and organizations to foster leadership that’s as human-centered as it is high-impact.
My background spans corporate, non-profit, educational, and even military settings. I’ve been an Air Force Officer, a high school teacher, a governance consultant, a business development lead, and even an electrician!
I’ve designed and delivered leadership programs, facilitated inclusive culture initiatives, and coached both emerging and executive leaders. I draw from evidence-based psychology, systems thinking, and a deep appreciation for the real-world messiness of change.
