Meet our Founder

Hi! I’m Kate Morales. I’m an organizational psychologist, facilitator, and coach, driven by a deep belief in people’s capacity to grow, lead, and evolve with intention.

I started EverEvolve to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity, curiosity, courage, and compassion. For over 20 years, I have partnered with individuals and organizations to foster leadership that’s as human-centered as it is high-impact.

My background spans corporate, non-profit, educational, and even military settings. I’m a veteran Air Force Officer, high school teacher, governance consultant, business development lead, and even electrician!

I’ve designed and delivered leadership programs, facilitated inclusive culture work, and coached emerging and executive leaders alike. I draw from evidence-based psychology, systems thinking, and a deep appreciation for the real-world messiness of change.

Clients often tell me I bring a calm, grounded presence, and a knack for helping people name what matters. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and soul: helping people get clear, get unstuck, and move forward with purpose.

Outside of work, you will find me exploring local trails with my rescue beagle, DIYing home projects, working out, or strolling through antique markets and vendor fairs.
