About me.
I’m Kate Morales, PhD, an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, speaker, facilitator, and coach driven by a deep belief in every person’s capacity to grow, lead, and evolve with intention. My passion is to help people find real, practical ways to improve their business through leadership and team development. With over 20 years of corporate, non-profit, and military leadership experience, I have an uncanny ability to sift through the noise to where the root problems are hiding, unearth them, and guide leaders, teams, and individuals to chart their course to progress.
